For many of us, winter is blooming into spring, or fall hardening into winter. Which season do you most look forward to?
I can find things I like about every season. I am hot-natured, so the winter is a nice break from the warm weather we have for most of the year. Summer is good for the break from school. Spring is very pretty here as the Cherry Blossoms bloom. But my favorite season is definitely fall.
The excitement of a new school term. Football season beginning (in Europe and America). The air starting to turn cool after the long, hot summer. And all the trees changing colors. Especially the trees changing colors. What season do you most look forward to?

Great question, James! Undoubtable for me it is spring…the rebirth, renewal, chance for new beginnings…this is what spring represents to me. I love hearing the birds again at 5 in the morning and everything returning to green…my lilac bush and plum trees eventually blooming (in the late spring). And because I am ALWAYS cold the return of warmer weather! Surely the first day of spring is my absolute favorite day of the year (even if the weather happens to be cold on that day) based on all that it represents.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Brie. Spring is such a pretty season, I certainly understand your choice. I enjoy all those things about spring, too.
Mine is fall too.
I like what Spring means, what summer brings to mind, the color and change that Fall brings, and the way winter feels. Yes, I like being cool. 🙂
Fall is pretty terrific! Crisp and fresh!
Yeah, just wish it would last longer.
