Inspired by my friend, Birgit’s occasonal posts on this subject here are a few examples of hidden beauty I have captured.
Something about this pine cone caught my attention and I like the way this picture turned out.
I almost left this picture out because it’s out of focus. But the rose is too pretty not to share.
I walked outside one morning to get the newspaper and glanced up at the sky. This is what I saw and though it was really pretty.
I hope you’ve enjoyed these as much as I have. As always, I welcome any comments/feedback.
Jim,
I adore these photos…as beautiful as you are, my friend!! I am glad that you included the rose…out of focus is sometimes ethereal…and the last one…amazing! Never would have thought it was the sky…initially it reminded me of snow…
I truly hope that you will be doing more of these!
Thank you for your compliments, Brie. As for the rose picture, the sun was so bright I couldn’t see well enough to know the picture was out of focus. And several people comment that the cloud picture looks like snow at first. It’s an interesting optical illusion.
Indeed it is!
